It was discussed and agreed upon at a district Principal’s meeting yesterday afternoon that a new outside temperature of 19 degrees (with or without wind chill) will be the cut-off for all elementary schools to have outside recess. Therefore if the temperature is 20 degrees or higher students will have outside recess. Any temperature below 20 degrees, students will remain inside for recess and morning line-up.
