This is just a friendly reminder LATE START tomorrow, Wednesday October 16th. Arrival times are 9:10am for students eating breakfast and 9:30am for all other students. Late start does not affect drop off times for the latchkey program.
Congratulations to our very own Calyssa Post for taking first place at the Robert Cipriano Memorial Cross Country Meet for 5th grade girls on Friday. This is the second year in a row that Calyssa has taken first place. Way to go, Calyssa! October showers bring the Boo Bash Indoors! See you tonight in the Gym, Cafeteria, Haunted Hallways & Auditorium for prizes!
This is just a friendly reminder that there is a half day of school scheduled for tomorrow, Friday October 11th. Dismissal will be at 11:45am.
Come join us for Whitmore-Bolles first Boo Bash, tomorrow October 11th on Whitmore’s school grounds from 5-8pm. Today is the last day to get discounted wristbands for $8.00. They will also be for sale at the Boo Bash for $10.00. Wristbands are required for all games.

We would like to invite the community to come watch the parade and join the festivities. We will exit the staff parking lot onto Pelham, turn onto Audette to Village Rd then turn onto Rotunda and enter student parking lot by football field.

Whitmore’s very own Matthew Robie (4th Grade/ McCuaig) and Olive Pomeroy (2nd Grade/ Malone) will be special guests riding in the Jr. Thunderbird’s Homecoming Float as Jr. Freshman Homecoming King and Queen. GO T-BIRDS!!!
Our neighboring school, Snow Elementary is hosting their first Gleaners Mobile Food Pantry. The School Food Mobile Program provides nutritious, healthy food for 100 families. The mobile pantry includes 30 pounds of fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains and lean protein. Each family also receives healthy recipes and nutrition education.

Our first book fair of the year starts Tuesday, October 8 through Friday, October 11. Come shop with your children or surprise your teachers with new books for the classroom!
We will be open from 5pm to 8pm during the Boo Bash. We are expecting a visit from everyone’s favorite big red dog! Clifford is coming the Boo Bash from 5:30 to 7:00pm!!!!

Every book bought at our fairs brings in funds used to buy resources for our students and teachers, including new books, furnishings, book bins and so much more.Looking forward to seeing everyone.

Tomorrow, October 2nd is Bike/Walk to School Day! We encourage all of our Whitmore Families to walk or bike to school with their school spirit wear or school colors to show your support. We hope to see you either walking or riding your bikes!!
