Dear Whitmore Parents,
We are very excited about our performance tonight! Some notes for tonight:
Students in Assenmacher, Malone and Dmitruchina’s classes: Please arrive by 6:15. Students can meet Mrs. Webber at the stage. They should be dressed in their pajamas. You are free to leave after your child’s performance, but also welcome to stay for the next performance at 7:00. If you are leaving, please exit quietly to make room for the next group of parents.
Students in Wooley, Hill and Travis’ classes: Please arrive by 6:50 and your child should head to the team room until they are asked to come to the stage. Students should be wearing dark solid colors. After the first performance has left please head to the auditorium to find a seat. I hope this new arrangement makes more room for families to see their child perform!
If you have a child in both performances, please arrive at the 6:15 time. Your older child can head to the team room when you arrive or watch the first performance.
