Dear families of Whitmore-Bolles’ artists,

Mr. Cares is gearing up for our Fine Arts Night Art Show on May 28 and we need your help! Please contact Mr. Cares through his school email: cares@dearbornschools.org if can volunteer. He would greatly appreciate your help!

Jobs include:

1. Prep crew – these folks will add tags to all the 4th and 5th grade work that will be shown and will transport it to the display area in the Media Center.  Job begins: anytime you can help!

2. Hanging crew – these folks will “hang” the 2d art on the day of the 28th (during school) using staples, push pins, or tape, and display the 3D work on the tables.   Job begins: the morning of the 28th of May.

3. Signage crew – these folks will create and display signs directing visitors to the Media Center. Jon begins: anytime you can help!
