The district Customer Service Committee has developed surveys for our community. The online parent survey is now ready and can be accessed on the district home page or at:
School offices will also receive a paper and pencil version to share with parents who do not have online access.
Once survey results are in, the district will design a plan (including training for staff) to improve customer service with the goal of offering world class customer service in all areas of the Dearborn Public Schools.
