The Southwestern Outer Neighborhood Association (SODA) would like to invite you to their 5th annual TRACK or TREAT on Sunday, October 28, 2018 at 5:30pm at Penn-Vassar Park (Rain or Shine). Track or Treat is a fun free evening in the park for the whole family. Kids “trick or treat” around the track at Penn-Vassar park and collect candy from decorated treat stations.
