Why Can’t I Skip My 20 Minutes of Reading Tonight?

Why Can’t I skip My Reading Tonight?  In this Photo, it shows the amount student “A”, student “B”, and student “C” read each day.  Student “A”, reads 20 minutes each day equaling 3600 minutes a school year.  Student “B”, reads 5 minutes each day equaling 900 minutes a school year.  Student “C”, reads 1 minute a day equaling 180 minutes a school year.

By the end of 6th grade student “A” will have read the equivalent to 60 whole school days. Student “B” will have only read 12 school days.  Which student would you expect to have better vocabulary?  Which student would you expect to be more successful in school….and in life?
