Workout & Fitness Ideas

Good morning everyone.  I hope you are all doing well.  Below are some quick fitness ideas for your children, while we are learning remotely.  They can be modified however you would like, but the concept is the same…quick & easy with very little “equipment” required.  These are all something your kids can do in about 30 minutes (some less) but will get them moving and active while they are home.
