Dear Whitmore-Bolles Families,
Dearborn Public Schools will be participating in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) as part of the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs for the School Year 2024-25. All students enrolled at our school can receive a healthy breakfast and lunch with NO CHARGE.
We will require your household to COMPLETE AND SIGN THE HOUSEHOLD INFORMATION FORM for the new school year. This is CRITICAL in determining the amount of money Whitmore-Bolles Elementary receives from State and Federal supplemental programs. All information submitted on the forms is confidential.
We have been given the designation of schoolwide Title I, which is based on this form. This gives us great benefits for all of our students. Please complete this form in its entirety ASAP, so we can maintain our schoolwide Title I status.
The form will be sent home with the youngest sibling and is due no later than Friday, Sep 6, 2024.
