Something beautiful is blooming at Whitmore-Bolles Elementary, and it’s not just the flowers! Our amazing Leadership Students and friends from the ASD program have come together to create a magical Friendship Garden, a space where nature and community can grow side by side.
Thanks to a generous grant from the Dearborn City Beautiful Commission, we’ve been able to purchase a beautiful variety of native perennial flowers and plants from Friends of the Rouge. These plants are not just lovely to look at – they will bring our school grounds to life, attracting pollinators like bees and butterflies, and contributing to a healthy, vibrant environment for all.
This Friendship Garden is more than just a beautiful addition to our school—it’s a reflection of our community’s spirit. Watch as the flowers bloom, the friendships grow, and our school thrives.
